Prenatal / Postpartum Mental Wellness
It’s important for parents to take care of their mental health. Before and after having a baby, many parents feel different emotions, like joy, anxiety, and sadness. It’s important to know that these feelings are normal. It’s also important to get support, take care of yourself, and talk to other people who understand what you’re going through. By taking care of your mental health, new parents can develop a stronger bond with their baby and improve their overall well-being, as well as the well-being of their families.
