On January 15, 2025, the IERHA hosted their annual Medical Student Resident Dinner.  The event was attended by 36 medical students and residents and right local physicians.  It was a great evening of mingling and discussions about working and living in the IERHA.

This yearly event gives these future physicians an opportunity to speak with our local physicians and find out what rural practice is all about.  Some are already interested in specific communities and we try and ensure they have a chance to meet with a physician who currently works in the area.
