Building Emotional Awareness and Mental Health (The BEAM Program) A free, app-based program to promote family mental health and reduce parenting stress. Intended for primary caregivers of a 2 to 5 year-old child who are 18 years or older and experiencing depression, anxiety, parenting stress, and/ or anger.
